Equipped & Empowered
Built on His Word. Sent in His Power.
The HFM School of Equipping & Empowerment exists to help believers build strong biblical foundations, grow in spiritual maturity and become equipped for Kingdom life and ministry.
This is more than gaining knowledge. It is a journey of transformation, discipleship and activation, helping believers know the Word, walk with the Holy Spirit, grow in Christlike character and confidently fulfil the call of God on their lives.
Our Vision
To see believers biblically grounded, Spirit filled, equipped and sent.
Our Mission
To equip and empower believers through sound biblical teaching, practical ministry training and discipleship that prepares them to serve, lead and disciple others.
The Journey
Foundation
Building a strong biblical understanding of Scripture, theology and the story of God.
Strengthening
Developing deeper understanding of faith, the Holy Spirit, the Church and the return of Christ.
Equipping
Discovering calling, leadership, discipleship, evangelism, spiritual gifts and Kingdom culture.
Empowerment
Learning to live and minister through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Activation
Putting what has been learned into practice.
Release
Going into the world equipped, empowered and ready to serve.
Course Structure
The school is delivered through a series of in depth modules designed for flexible, self paced learning.
Each module includes biblical teaching, key Scriptures, reflection, practical application and assignments that encourage students to apply what they are learning.
Students can work at their own pace while progressing through a clear journey from foundation to commissioning.
More Than Education
We believe education can transform lives when knowledge becomes revelation and revelation becomes action.
The goal is not simply to complete a course.
The goal is to become a disciple who knows the Word, walks with the Holy Spirit, reflects Christ and helps others grow.
Equipped to Go
The School of Equipping & Empowerment reflects the heart of HFM.
We reach people.
We build firm foundations.
We equip and empower.
We release people to go.
